In 1996 I completed my Master study at the conservatory in Rotterdam for the majors electric and double bass. I’ve been active ever since as a freelance musician, mostly in the Dutch and Belgian music scene.

Teaching: 
Since 1998 I’m teaching at the SKVR in Rotterdam. Electric and acoustic bass, as well as (jazz) ensembles. Between 1999 and 2007 I was teaching at de Stoep in Spijkenisse.
Since 2010, on still a growing number of times, I have been asked to teach at Codarts (conservatory) Rotterdam en Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten (FHK Tilburg). Both electric and double bass and ensemble lessons too.
